	Club Membership is covered by Article III, Section 6 and Article IV, Sections 1 and 2.  Please remember to renew your membership!  Late renewal fees are applicable after the March General Business Meeting!  All those not renewed by this meeting are removed Text Box: 	The Range Committee will generally meet at the Indoor Range/Club House on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  All club members are invited to attend.  Next meeting is (02/19/04).

	The Annual Calendar is attached and was approved at the January meeting.  All matches have gone through the Club’s approval process, and are a major part of the Club’s scheduled activities.  When there is a match, the range is closed, before the match to allow for setting up that match, and during the match to ALL other shooting!  Additionally, the Lincoln Police Department has reserved the Dillman Range for all day on the first Thursday of each month.  They will have their own lock on the gate, which will deny access to everyone else.

Dillman Range:
	Trap House needs some woodworking skills to finish it up.
	Has turned a nice shade of green, signaling the need for 
	applications of Round-up, anyone wanting to donate some or 
	knows where it is available at a reduced price.
Indoor Range: {Now that the heater is working}:
	A Roofer with Tile Roofing skills to repair that portion of the 
	roof near the new chimney.

Text Box: 	Per the Club’s By-Laws Junior’s can range in age from 8 to 21.  Membership is $20.00 a year.  A Range Fee of $1.00 per range session is currently collected.

	We meet Monday nights from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Indoor Range.  Wesley (Edit) has completed his schedule Small Bore Match for his Senior Class Project.  13 competitors, $20.00 donation to the Club and the balance to Toys for Tots.

	Previous Fund Raiser monies have allowed the Junior’s to recently purchase 8 Bipods, 4 Sets of Sights and 2 Rolls of Pellets.  Currently, as fund raisers, the following items are available:

Our total membership continues to increase every month!  This January’s Business Meeting had 15 New Members voted in and 25 Applications completed.

Saturday, January 31, 2004  -  6:00 p.m.

	Jerry (Edit) will continued as the Match Director for the ‘Varmint Match’, four matches are scheduled this summer.  Matches will be held on the last Friday—set-up at 5:30, shooting to start at 6:00.  See calendar.

	Safety Training/Key briefings—now required to obtain a Range Key, will be held at the Indoor Range, on the 1st Thursdays at 7:00, before the Monthly Business Meeting.

	Deer Sight-in is an optional special event that may be held by the Club.  Currently scheduled for 09/11/2004, any changes will be announced at a regularly scheduled Business Meeting.

	Hunter Safety Training schedule information:  Those in the Lincoln area can contact the Lincoln Police Department [(916) 645-3391], those in Roseville [(916) 728-5500], those in Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Folsom and Sacramento should all contact their local Parks & Recreation District and those in the Yuba City area can call [(530) 671-9250].
