	Club Membership is covered by Article III, Section 6 and Article IV, Sections 1 and 2.  Late renewal fees are applicable after the March General Business Meeting!  All those not renewed by this meeting are removed from Membership!.  Please remember to renew your membership!  Any questions, I can be reached at (( (916)).

	Please look closely at your mailing label on the back of this Newsletter.  A ‘blue’ stripe on your label indicates a lapsed membership or database error.  If you wish to continue enjoying the benefits of the Club, please renew at the April 3rd Business Meeting. Text Box: 	The Range Committee will generally meet at the Indoor Range/Club House on the third (3rd) Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (03/20/03).  All club members are invited to attend.

	The Lincoln Police Department has reserved the Outdoor Range for all day on the first Thursday of each month.

	The Outdoor Range Firing Line Shelter needs additional gutters material, anyone with access to plastic gutter and/or other materials at a reduced price, contact me.  Wood is needed to build more Target Stands.  And for security of the Dillman Family plaque, we are looking for someone with masonry skills to inlay/attach this item for us.  The Junior’s will need help setting up & cleaning up for the NRA 3P Smallbore Match to be held the end of May.  Contact Ron (Edit) [((916) ] or Len (Edit) [((916) ] and see what you can do to help.  Also, this is a way to get your Work Assessment out of the way.

	A local Veterans Drill Team is looking for a source of ‘Blank’ ammunition for use during ceremonies.  Please contact me at [( (916) ].

	Jerry (Edit) has continued as the Match Director for the ‘Varmint Match’, four matches are scheduled this summer.  Matches will be held on the last Friday—set-up at 5:30, shooting to start at 6:00.  See calendar.

	Grant (Edit) has devised and gotten approval for a “Fixed Factory Sight Silhouette Match” to be held on Labor Day (09/01/03).  Cartridge or Percussion center fire with a velocity less than 1000 fps.  Cartridge shooters will shoot 50 rounds, Percussion shooters will shoot 25 rounds, fired without sighters or alibis.  Range will open at 7:30 A.M.

	Safety Training/Key briefings—now required to obtain a Range Key, will be held on the 1st Thursdays at 7:00, before the Monthly Business Meeting.

	Deer Sight-In is an optional, special event that may be held by the Club.  The exact dates will be established and announced at a regularly scheduled Business Meeting.

	The Grant Committee has received tentative approval for 4 Grants for this year:
	$6,695 New Trap Machine		$2,520 Coaches School Expenses
	$4,339 Indoor Range Upgrade Electronic Trainer

	Hunter Safety Training is to be scheduled through the Lincoln Police Department. (((916) 645-3391)
